Our Technology

From it’s inception the management of Graphic Impressions have invested heavily in state-of-the-art technology to ensure that it produces your product to the highest standard. Our computer to plate technology is matched by only a few within our industry.

Pre press is supported by 3 proofing stations along side our fully automated computer to plate machine, this area is constantly calibrated to our press room to ensure consistencies are met. Our press room compliments pre press with a fully automated Lithrone press, offering automated wash ups, plate load/unload and automated sheet sizing,. Given this automation, make readies are kept to a minimum (average of 12 minutes) and running speeds are 13,000 impressions per hour. Our press capabilities are enormous due to a fully automated multi-colour press in which we consistently produce over 10,000 sheets 'on the floor' per hour.

We also run a small offset division catering for small format products, a recent aquistion has been the bindery department which caters for folding large and small configurations, new 7 station plus cover feeder stitcher and the latest technology in guiloting.
